Changed Your Mind?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period.

  • Returned items must be in “as new” condition — unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 working days. Please note that it can take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • The Consumer Regulations allow up to 30 days for a refund to be completed.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the goods reach us safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

You are entitled to the following:

  • Within 30 days: a full refund if your goods are faulty.
  • Within 6 months: if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.
  • Within 6 years: you may be entitled to partial compensation if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time.

If your return is due to a manufacturing fault or incorrect description, we will:

  • Replace or refund the item, and
  • Refund the cost of return shipping (provided the method of return has been agreed with us beforehand).

We cannot refund items that have been misused, accidentally damaged, or used for purposes other than intended.
